The BD-P04 Out of Service tags are specialized lockout tagout safety labels used to mark broken, defective or offline industrial equipment. Distinct from our DANGER “Do Not Operate” series tags, this tag alerts all site personnel that the machine is out of service and must not be operated until full inspection and repair are completed.
