BD-F34 Universal Butterfly Valve Lock
The BD-F34 universal butterfly valve lock is made of reinforced nylon PA material and features a stainless steel serrated structure. It is tightened via a handwheel screw. It is suitable for medium to large butterfly valves with a handle width ≤40mm and thickness ≤28mm, effectively preventing accidental valve opening during maintenance.
- Reinforced Nylon PA Lock Body — UV resistant, high strength, impact resistant, temperature resistant -57°C to +177°C
- The toothed stainless steel plate firmly grips the valve handle, ensuring a secure lock.
- No tools required: Simply press down the handwheel to open → secure the handle → tighten clockwise to complete installation.
- Press down the handwheel to open the lock → secure it to the butterfly valve handle → tighten clockwise → attach the safety tag and padlock.
- Used with safety padlocks and safety signs to lock energy isolation equipment.
- Customizable laser logo and color (default red); new locking solutions are available.
