wall‑mount lockout work ticket station
BD-B207
The BD-B207 wall-mounted enclosed lockable workstation is made of PC material and has a transparent cover. It has no built-in hooks and is designed for places where padlocks are stored centrally. It is equipped with dual A4 writing boards and provides a dustproof and safe solution for managing work orders and LOTO consumables in industrial sites.
- Impact-resistant, resistant to workshop dust and oil stains, seamless unibody construction, lightweight, reducing wall load, and resistant to aging and cracking in long-term industrial environments.
- The entire unit can be fitted with padlocks for secure enclosure, protecting internal work orders, tags, and consumables, preventing loss or tampering. A transparent face shield allows direct visual viewing of A4 work order contents without opening the cover.
- The fully document and consumables-oriented layout has no padlock hooks and includes two A4 writing/noteboards. Specifically designed for storing and displaying maintenance work tickets, lock tags, cable ties, and other materials; suitable for centralized padlock storage and on-site storage of only documents and consumables.
- Two external mounting points are provided for hanging a small number of safety padlocks or latches; slots accommodate loose LOTO accessories such as HAPs and cable ties, providing storage for a small number of spare parts.
- The standard large-size wall-mounted unit measures 580×630×95mm, with a prominently printed “LOCKOUT STATION” safety label on the casing. Suitable for deployment at maintenance stops in production workshops, it can be shared by multiple work teams.
- It complies with OSHA lockout tagging compliance requirements, effectively solving the problem of on-site management of paper work orders in the LOTO process and mitigating compliance risks caused by lost documents. Bulk procurement is supported, and customized requests are welcome.

FAQs
1What is the biggest difference between BD‑B207 and other B20‑series lockout stations?
BD‑B207 has no built‑in padlock hooks inside. It is specially built for document and consumable storage, perfect for factories that store padlocks in a central warehouse instead of on‑site.
2Can BD‑B207(W) mask cover be locked?
Yes. You can lock the transparent mask with a padlock to prevent document tampering and dust contamination. You can view A4 work tickets directly through the cover without opening it.
3Can I hang padlocks on BD‑B207?
There are two external hanging spots for a small quantity of padlocks or hasps. There are no inner hooks for mass padlock storage. If you need to store many padlocks, please select BD‑B203, BD‑B204 or BD‑B205.
4What material is BD‑B207 lockout station?
It adopts high‑strength one‑piece molded PC engineering plastic. It features good impact‑resistance and dust‑resistance for standard industrial workshop conditions.

Standard A4‑sized lockout work tickets, shutdown permits, safety operation notices and warning tags. Large‑size LOTO devices cannot be placed inside.
