The BD-F34X butterfly valve lock is made of reinforced nylon with stainless steel teeth, and is suitable for small butterfly valves with a handle width ≤23mm and a thickness ≤14mm.

Reinforced Nylon PA Lock Body — UV resistant, high strength, impact resistant, wear resistant, temperature resistant -57°C to +177°C, flame retardant material available upon customization.
A toothed stainless steel plate firmly grips the valve handle, ensuring a secure lock.
No tools required: Simply press down the handwheel to open → secure the handle → tighten clockwise to complete installation.
Press down the handwheel to open the lock → secure it to the butterfly valve handle → tighten clockwise → attach the safety tag and padlock.
Used with safety padlocks and safety signs to lock energy isolation devices.
